Salary / Daily Allowance

As these are contractual volunteer positions, all selected Home Guard Volunteers, irrespective of their post category, will be paid a daily allowance. No additional benefits like PF, Gratuity, or Medical allowances are included.

Selection Process 2026

The recruitment methodology involves a multi-stage process to ensure physical fitness and basic aptitude:

1. Stage 1 – Physical Standard Test (PST): Assessment of minimum height, weight, and chest measurements. Candidates failing this stage are disqualified.
2. Stage 2 – Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Includes running, jumping, and other fitness-related tasks.
