Eligibility & Job Profile
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Law (including Integrated Degree Course) recognized by BCI.
- Final Year Students: Students in 5th year (5-Year Course) or 3rd year (3-Year Course) can apply, provided they acquire qualification before the assignment starts.
- Skills Required: Research, Analysis, Writing, and Computer knowledge (e-SCR, Manupatra, SCC Online, LexisNexis, Westlaw).
- Nature of Job: Full-time contractual assignment (Term 2026-2027). No right to regular appointment.
- Restrictions: Cannot practice as an Advocate or accept other assignments during the term.
- Work Hours: Required to work at odd hours/holidays if needed.
Selection Process (Written Test)
The selection involves a Written Test (Part I & II) followed by an Interview (Part III).
Part I – Objective Test (Online)
- Content: Law comprehension and application ability.
- Qualifying Marks: 60%.
- Negative Marking: 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
Part II – Subjective Written Test
- Content: Writing and Analytical skills.
- Mode: Pen-paper mode (Questions visible on computer).
- Evaluation Ratio: 1:10 (based on Part I merit).
Part III – Interview
- Candidates qualifying Part I & II will be called in ratio 1:3.

- Fill the form and upload Scanned Photo & Signature.
