IOB Apprentice Recruitment 2025: Apply Online for 750 Vacancies
Indian Overseas Bank (IOB) has released the official notification for Apprentice Recruitment 2025–26. A total of 750 vacancies are available across India. Eligible graduates can apply online from 10 August to 20 August 2025. Here’s everything you need to know about eligibility, vacancies, fees, stipend, and selection process.
Total 750 apprentice vacancies are announced. Tamil Nadu has the highest with 200 seats, followed by Uttar Pradesh (110), Maharashtra (85), Bihar (35), and Kerala (33). Reserved seats for SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and PwBD are included as per Govt. rules.
Eligibility Criteria
Nationality: Candidate must be an Indian citizen.
Age Limit (as on 01.08.2025): 20 to 28 years (General/EWS). Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC – 3 yrs, PwBD – 10 yrs. NAPS candidates max 34 yrs.
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. For NATS candidates, degree result must be declared between 1 April 2021 and 1 August 2025.

Selection Process
Online Written Test – 100 questions (General Awareness, English, Reasoning/Quant, Computer Knowledge), duration 90 minutes.
Local Language Test – Must know the local language of the state applied.
Fill application form carefully and upload documents.
Pay the application fee online.
Take a printout of submitted form for future use.
Key Points to Remember
Apply only between 10–20 August 2025.
Exam date is 24 August 2025 (tentative).
Selection is provisional until document and medical verification.
Apprenticeship does not guarantee permanent employment in IOB.
Candidates with prior apprenticeship or over 1 year job experience after graduation are not eligible.
