2. Educational Qualification:
- A Graduate Degree (Bachelor’s) in any discipline from a recognized university or institute approved by Govt. bodies (AICTE, UGC, etc.).
- Note: Passing only a diploma course will NOT be considered eligible.
- Computer Literacy (Mandatory): Must have an operating and working knowledge of computers (Certificate/Diploma/Degree or studied IT/Computer as a subject in High School/College).
- Desirable: Professional qualifications like CMA, CFA, ICWA, CA, JAIIB, CAIIB are preferred.
3. Work Experience (Mandatory):
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience in any Scheduled Public Sector Bank / Private Sector Bank / Cooperative Bank / Regional Rural Bank.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in Branch Banking, Operations, Retail Assets, Credit, Sales, or Third-party products.
- Only full-time permanent employee experience is valid. Experience below 6 months, contractual experience, KPO/BPO/IT support, or third-party payroll experience will NOT be considered.
