How Will You Be Selected? (No Exams!)

This is a purely merit-based recruitment process. Here is how they will select candidates:

  • The system will generate a Merit List based on your Class 10 (Secondary School Examination) marks/grades.
  • If your board gives grades (like A1), they are converted to marks using a multiplication factor of 9.5 (e.g., Grade Point 10 × 9.5 = 95).
  • In case of a tie in marks, preference is given to the older candidate, followed by specific category/gender priority rules.
  • Shortlisted candidates will be called for physical Document Verification (DV) by the Divisional Head.
