Eligibility: Age, Education & Experience
This is a recruitment for experienced professionals. All qualifications must be full-time regular degrees with a minimum of 60% marks (except CA/CMA). Distance learning/part-time degrees are NOT allowed. Also, final-year students are NOT eligible.

Salary & Perks
RFCL offers one of the best pay packages in the fertilizer industry. Besides Basic Pay, you will receive Dearness Allowance, HRA, Medical Facilities, Provident Fund, Gratuity, and Performance Related Pay (PRP).
- E-1 (Engineers/Officers): Approx. CTC ₹14.20 Lakhs per annum
- E-2 (Assistant Managers): Approx. CTC ₹17.75 Lakhs per annum
- E-3 (Deputy Managers): Approx. CTC ₹21.30 Lakhs per annum
- E-6 (Chief Manager): Approx. CTC ₹31.95 Lakhs per annum
Selection Process
The primary method of selection is a Personal Interview. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted based on their application and documents. However, if they receive a very large number of applications, RFCL may conduct a Computer-Based Test (CBT) for shortlisting purposes before the interview.

- Step 2: Print Application. After successful submission, take a printout of the completed online application form.
- Step 3: Attach Documents. Gather self-attested copies of all your supporting documents (educational degrees, experience certificates, caste/PwBD certificates, etc.).
- Step 4: Seal & Send. Put the printed application and documents in a sealed envelope. Write “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF [Your Post Name] IN RFCL – 01/2026” on the top.

No, this recruitment is strictly for experienced professionals. A minimum of 1 year of post-qualification executive experience is required for the entry-level (E-1) posts.
