Educational Qualification & Experience

Salary / Remuneration 2026
Selected candidates will receive basic pay along with Industrial Dearness Allowance (IDA), HRA, and a fixed Medical Allowance.
- Project Technician: Pay Level Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 65,000/-
- Junior Project Engineer: Pay Level Rs. 30,000 – Rs. 1,20,000/-
- Welfare Officer: Pay Level Rs. 40,000 – Rs. 1,40,000/-
- Consultant: Flat Rs. 1,00,000/- (for retired Major) / Rs. 1,30,000/- (for retired Lt. Col) per month.
Selection Process
The recruitment process differs slightly based on the post applied for:
- Project Technician: Shortlisting based on NTC/NAC marks, followed by a qualifying Practical Trade Test. Final merit relies on NTC/NAC academic marks.
- Jr. Project Engineer & Welfare Officer: Shortlisting based on Degree/Diploma marks, followed by a Personal Interview. Merit is calculated using a weighted score (75% academics + 25% interview).
