Stipend (Monthly Salary) Structure
Selected apprentices will receive a consolidated monthly stipend paid jointly by RCF and BOAT (Board of Apprenticeship Training). The total amount depends on the apprentice category.

Selection Process (No Exams!)
There is absolutely no written examination for this recruitment. Selection will be based purely on an academic Merit List.
- The merit list is drawn based on the percentage of marks obtained in the prescribed essential educational qualification (Graduation, Diploma, or 12th/B.Sc).
- Shortlisted candidates from the merit list will be called for Document Verification (DV) and Medical Fitness assessment.
- In case of a tie, the candidate with a higher qualification or higher marks in the preceding educational qualification is ranked higher.
